Work-Life Grant

Work-Life Grant provides companies funding support to implement and sustain flexible work arrangements (FWAs) for all employees, to create work-life harmony at the workplace.

Funding

Any company registered or incorporated in Singapore including societies and non-profit organisations such as charities and voluntary welfare organisations.

The Work-Life Grant comprises 2 components:

• FWA Incentive

Incentivise companies to implement and sustain FWAs for their employees.

Funding Amount: Up to $70,000 per company over 2 years.

• Job Sharing Incentive

Incentivise companies to implement job sharing arrangements in the workplace, for employees who request for it and have a gross monthly salary of at least $3,600 before the job sharing arrangement.

Funding Amount: Up to $35,000 per company over 2 years

Eligibility

Any company registered or incorporated in Singapore including societies and non-profit organisations such as charities and voluntary welfare organisations.
